Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We’ll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, which may include a refund, replacement or repair.

Change of mind
We do not have to provide a refund if you change your mind. However, we may offer an exchange or credit at our discretion. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days. Return shipping is at your cost.

How to request a return
